Medical assistance to foreign citizens
Moscow State Budgetary Healthcare Institution "Children's City Polyclinic 122 of the Moscow City Health Department" ("DGP No. 122 DZM") is a multidisciplinary clinic-diagnostic complex that provides specialized and high-tech medical care to the children's population.

GBUZ "DGP 122 DZM" provides medical care to patients with compulsory medical insurance policies or on a commercial basis.
TERMS OF PROVIDING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO FOREIGN CITIZENS
Medical assistance to foreign citizens temporarily residing or permanently residing in Russia is provided in the State Budgetary Healthcare Institution “DGP No. 122 DZM” in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 06.03.2016 No. 186 “On approval of the rules for the provision of medical assistance to foreign citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation” .
Emergency medical care is provided free of charge in all departments of the clinic until the threat to the patient’s life and the stabilization of his health condition are eliminated.
OBLIGATORY MEDICAL INSURANCE (OMI)
- If the patient has compulsory medical insurance
Routine medical care in a hospital is provided free of charge in all departments of the clinic only to patients insured by compulsory medical insurance (upon presentation of a compulsory medical insurance policy or medical insurance card).
Scheduled outpatient medical care for foreign citizens insured under the compulsory medical insurance system is provided free of charge after attaching to the clinic.
- If the patient does not have medical insurance for compulsory medical insurance
Emergency medical care for sudden acute conditions and exacerbation of chronic diseases is provided to foreign citizens free of charge until the threat to the patient’s life and the stabilization of his health condition are eliminated.
Planned medical assistance to foreign citizens who are not insured under the compulsory medical insurance system is provided on a paid basis under contracts for the provision of paid medical services.
